A Career For Life

More and more people are choosing to develop their careers in the customer contact industry.  The Department of Trade and Industry estimates that the UK contact centre industry now employs around one million people – and the number is growing fast.

We’re extremely proud of the fact that many of the people who joined when we opened our doors in 1999 have chosen to develop their careers at Garlands.

Indeed in 2006, 547 Garlands’ employees received Long Service awards for three or more years’ service.  This not only represents a 65% increase on 2005 levels but a remarkable achievement for such a young company.
