Academy Traning
Garlands’ Academy training is a vital part of the training of all new employees.
Each Academy training group consists of a Team Leader, a coach, other development personnel (as appropriate), plus a number of top performing Garlands’ Advisors. These Advisors use their knowledge and experience to support new Academy trainees during their initial time with the company.
Academy sessions run for 2 weeks.
It’s an intensive period for coaching and development – and it’s a time that we are fully focused on giving new employees as much support and attention as we can. Academy sessions make their transition from full-time trainee to being an active member of an Account team much smoother and more rewarding.
