Induction Training

One of the most common things a Garlands client says about us – and the staff they deal with – is that we’ve exceeded their expectations.

That doesn’t just happen by chance. Our people are committed and resourceful but they also need the training to produce the skills and knowledge that set us apart from other contact centres. The process starts from the moment a new employee walks through our doors on their first day.

Induction begins with our team of Operational Trainers who deliver product and service training in line with our clients’ requirements. This is backed up by what we call Soft Skills training which enables our people to handle even the most demanding customers.

Our new people learn to live the Garlands brand values through our ways of working.  The result is a consistent day-to-day approach which helps to enhance the Garlands reputation in the marketplace.
